[HELP]Updater problem. Runtime error...

I have read many tutorials, and compared some other updater.exe files. I think I have made a working updater. But everytime I try to run it, I always get a Runtime Error. I have tried making the patch with lph's Data File Tool, and have tried with WinRAR and 7zip. Nothing works. They all are Deflate. Could someone maybe think of another thing I might do wrong?

Something interesting: When the updater fails, the "ps0002.patch" downloaded by the updater is only 1kb. What is wrong? Does it stop the download and try to extract it without downloading the file totally?

As I posted in the first post, I have put everything in [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. I also put the updater.exe there so you can download and test it if you want to.
