edit scatter for archers?

can u edit it, to where when u scatter with speed arrows it does fixed NIx or snow? +k in advance

I think he means he wants scatter to go all around you, and not just the direction in which you scatter.

well why does he has to tell us? why dont you just create ur own

I think he means for snow to fall, or nix, instead of arrows. Like you scatter in a direction, and instead of arrows flying and hitting those monsters you scattered at, nix falls on them, or snow falls on them. But still does the same damage, just looks different. Can't say I know how to do this, but it'd be tight looking if someone did.

uh...dont people change this stuff around all the time? i see alot of lightnings turn into fixed nados and stuff..isnt it possible?
