Help with autopot script by editing data.pak..

12/01/2007 14:03 Efeeze#1
Hi when i try and make the autopot script by editing some of the values in the data.pak, for example:
3801,Health Potion,0,0,1,0,1,37, ....
When i change the values and i try to save what I have edited, it says:
Hex Workshop was unable to complete the requested opertaion. Please make sure you have enough disk space available for temporary files or change your temporary file path in preferences

Not enough storage is available to process command.

When I have MORE than required, I have atleast 100GB left of disk space :S

Anybody help me please?

Do you have partitions? Like C:/D:/? cause... you might have 100gb free on D drive but 500mb on c drive.

It's not referring to ram.. it pretty clearly says Disk space. Not out of memory.

Did some research and found that data.pak might be "Read-Only". So just go to data.pak properties and untick "Read-Only".

Unless its something else :/

Nope it isn't read only, and this error only occurs when trying to save... Everything is fine when editing but only errors occurs when trying to save

It is because your using Hex worshop, get hex editor like WinHex, and do it again, surely it will work

still seems like read-only... try that place in mode or something.

No, but with WinHex everytime I delete a word or a value it says that the file size will be changed and if i click continue, it starts to load and after it loads, nothing happens.... I just get another error and nothing happens! Any help? :S
