client 2010 error

Hello guys,
I have a problem with client 2010.
The items disappears from warehouse and when i try to enter on it the client closes.
Please help me to solve this bug.

My metin2 server is on dedicated server :(
When i try to open warehouse the client closes.
I use the client with level available and the standard files server (rain - chinese).
Do you have any idea ?
