You mean to fill in the progress on an item?
IE: 1024/5000 or w/e
That just involves writing the progress value to the iteminfo packet.
Setup a copy of the item info packet with a cmd so you can try writing value/offest and find where it is and then include it in your database, item loading, item saving and then introduce your composition code.
Simple enough stuff.

oh, nah not like that, i want to add that yellow plus text on the item, like normal co, or advanced sources than 5165

You can't. That's in a later patch. It is impossible to add those to items in 5165.
