One person can make a Shaiya Server if they know what they're doing, if you don't then don't expect too much help form here.
Advice: If you don't know what you're doing, then don't even bother starting, it causes too many headaches =P

The point of these forums is too help those to get started on making there own server. Agreed one person can make a server but it also can be learned even if someone has not even had experience with the process. Best way to learn is trial and error imo. =P
Advice: Give it a try yourself, you have everything you need in these forums to help you. Just dont forget to backup your db just in case =)
