d9 error

can't write decrypt data file
can't load item proprieties table
can't start triplex application

This errors appear when i'm opening d9...i even reinstall'ed it and the error it's the same...who knows what's the problem ?!!:rtfm:

Okay so it can't write a file (no write access)
It can't load a file (no read access)
It can't open another file (no external access)

Sounds like you need to give it some more privileges.
Run it as administrator.
