Well first open FRM (Flyff resource manager)

For those that doesn't have it then.
Step 2: Open Data.ress
Step 3: After that you will scroll down till you will find PropSkillAdd.csv
Step 3: Right click on it with your mouse and extract the file where ever you want too like, Desktop or something like that.
Step 4: Open it with an notepad And It'll look like this then.
Step 5: Press CTRL F for search and write quickstep.
You will see like this my quickstep lvl is 4. SA_QUICKSTEP_L04,SI_ASS_CHEER_QUICKSTEP,4,=,=,=,=, =,=,=,=,=,DST_SPEED,=,13,=,=,=,=,=,=,=,=,=,30,=,=, 1000,=,=,=,600000,=,1,2,600
If you see the number 13, then it is the speed what the quickstep is giving you. Change that number to like 1000
After that you will need to save it >File> Then Save.
And after that you will need to go to FRM
Go to PropSkillAdd again and right click on it
After that you will you'll need to go to Command Press add'
After that go to >File Save> Go open IB have fun !!!
