[Release]Inferno rankup quest bypass

Hi,

this is a bypass from Rankup quest 11 to 12. I suggest you to back up those 2 files :

Data/cabal.enc
Data/Cabal_msg.enc

install my files in your cabal folder
do your rankUp quest from 11 to 12

then put back your old files.

Thats it !!!!
