Buying characters on server: EOS!

Hello everyone!

I'am looking to purchase characters on server: EOS (Nothing else) I am honestly only looking Euro's but would be interested in some Chinese builds but no bowers!

I won't purchase any character that has a country related name like _GER, _TR etc.

I won't purchase a email verified account.

I will purchase with the follow payment methods: Paypal, Click and Buy, Google Checkout and Western Union.


I would prefer characters over 101+ but characters with a lot of SP and a decent name might interest me.
