SOLUTIONS TO TBOT PROBLEMS. PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

Hokay. So. Here's teh earth... jk.
Here are some problems that i'm getting tired of seeing people ask.
Search around the forums first please.

Problem numero Uno (that's number 1 in spanish): SRO won't load. Freezes at loading screen.
Solution:
you know that whole mediapatcher thing?
yeah. you know. this one. the one in paoloc's signature. the one below.

well. turns out you can do it visa versa too.
that means. if both boxes say 'gwgt1.joymax.com' when sro doesn't load,
then switch the second one to 'gwgt2.joymax.com' and click patch.

if, on the other hand, it doesn't load when the first box says 'gwgt1.joymax.com' and the second says 'gwgt2.joymax.com'
then switch the second one to 'gwgt1.joymax.com' so both boxes now say the same thing. and, of course, click patch.

works every time.

Problem 2: Tbot Won't Start Training, or it is flawed.
Solution:
restart. in other words. get the task manager up.
go to the processes tab. end the following processes: sro_client.exe, trainshow.bat, tserver1106(b).exe, tbotsro.exe

and then. simply start tserver again the usual way.

oh yeah. remember to have your settings set. and whatever script you have recorded loaded. BEFORE you start training. :D

Problem 3: Tbot disconnects and exits the game when talking to npc
Solution:
use client provided in the tbot post by casyno. it's stickeyed.
and it clearly states.

noob step. but some people stop at just downloading the client.
remember to replace your sro_client.exe file in the Silkroad directory with the one you downloaded.
and to use costicla3's words....
"you will have no\dc while login too :p ;)"

final note.
there are a number of other solutions posted throughout the forum.
feel free to try out any of them. these are just the ones i have personally used to solve the problems that they address.

remember. use the almighty search button. if you can't find it. be more specific.
or less specific. whichever works.

My problem is : when i click f8 , NOTHING HAPPEN just nothing when i press alt/ctrl/del
only tbotsro.exe running i did what you said
And nothing happend it dont want to open the game even :s

that would be because you haven't installed the loopback adapter. I had the same problem, but installing the loopback adapter fixed it. Also don't dont forget to configure it.

okay you are right i putted 196 instead of 169 so it's working now
But am having abug i have never met before
i log in and put my id&pw then the verifiction comes out i put it then press enter
then nothing happen :S

START TRAINING = crash?

evey time i press it, my game just crashes.. tried so far every bullsh*t kinda solution of elitepvpers.. but nothing seems to work lol.. even tried to shut down loopback and then click start training = crashes again... is this problem nr. 2? just solving it by CTRL-ALT-DELETE- ing? hmm doesn't sound like a solution for this sucker :P

but seems the majority of the people say it happesn if your character name is too long.
i'll go create an account with a character name that's uber long and see if that really is the problem.
if i can bot. then it's not.
if i can't. then it is.
i'll be sure to let you know though.

and then of course. i have to find a solution.
so you don't have to create another account to use tbot.

yep. looks like this is correct.
if your account name is too long. you can't bot.
i'm very sure you can still survive with 9 characters.
sometimes 10. but definitely no more.

so. if your account name is more than 9 characters. no bottin for j00.
if your account name is less than or equal to 9 characters and it crashes.
help me find the problem so i can try to solve it. cuz i can't solve it.
unless. i go through the problem myself. no hypothetical solutions for me.

QUESTION 1: Simple filter and Particular filter without functioning.
QUESTION 2: char stops for the reason: "Cannot find target" in full respaw. (skills is correct)

for cannot find target thing. restart everything.
as far as the filtrate thing. i know it still picks up bolts and arrows.
that's all i know of.
and just make sure you have all settings set BEFORE you start training.

hehe. i sound like i'm repeating myself. though i am. it's just that those are the only solutions i know of atm. and they all worked for me.

hmm okey. well anyway thanks for you efforts bro. ;)

I will check it out, and also @ projecthax.com.. they're working on a new project so.. would be nice if that would work ^^
