Question bout debugging (I'm new to this so be patient please)

I'm Using Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express and would like for someone to please thoroughly breakdown "How to debug", so i can add stuff to my private server..

Note: I'm new to this stuff so please be patient with me, I Appreciate it very much.

Note2: I know it's kind of annoying to do this, so all contributions are gratefully appreciated and will be rewarded with a "Thanks"!

F6 - Build
F5 - Debug

Make sure you have no errors(red underlined text) when you debug.

Also make sure you open the project & not just the file.
