How do i splash and use meds at the same time?

I saw it at a p-server. A mage was able to use meds and to splash at the same time and also she was able to use auto splashing. How do i do this?

using your brain would be an advantage...

if i was in spashy party i made autospashy with put someting on the key and meds i used with my mouse (right click) its best way i think couz 1313131313 all time fuck my hand ^^ and is boring, only click some times with mouse is np.
but if u have something on the spashy key u cant use any other key or u spashy will stop...

or If ur not lazy use a finger to use med ans press sapclhy with mouse on ur bar .
