[Tutorial] How to translate 9D Germany into English

Hello,

Today we will learn how to translate the german 9Dragons into english language.

For translation are 3 things needed :

-9D Germany
-9D Gamersfirst
- a brain

Okay lets start:

- go to your 9Dragons Gamersfirst folder under C:\programms\9Dragons\data\Scripts

- so.. if your in the correct folder you should see multiple files with the ending .XSD and .XP

- we need the file NDTEXTDB_US.XSD

-copy and paste that file into your 9Dragons germany folder under : C:\programs\9Dragons Germany\data\scripts

- after you successfully copied the file, you have to rename it into NDTEXTDB_DE.XSD

- your computer will say that this file is already excisting and you cant change the name, so you will have to delete the old NDTEXTDB_DE.XSD and then rename it into NDTEXTDB_DE.XSD .

- after you did what I explained above you should be able to play 9Dragons Germany in English language as usual!




little notice:

- 9Dragons Germany got a new starter map which isn`t translated yet, so.. the first map your spawning when you create your character is NOT ENGLISH Hefei... all other maps will appear in english!

Why the hell wouldn't you take the 9D Thai translation file and use it if you dont have 9D G1?

Also:

Should be "Program Files" or "Program Files(x86)" (for 64 bit operating systems)

- so.. if your in the correct folder you should see multiple files with the ending .XSD and .XP
First, two periods (..) is incorrect usage. You want to use an ellipsis, which is three (...), and you actually should use a comma. Also, your should be you're, for 'you are'

Stop bump it... and also there is tons tutorals on howto change laung file...

Not everyone has it`s 9Dragons under C:\
I got it under D:\
so.. you also can`t generalize it that everyone got a 64bit system.

just stop the flame and give more friendly help.

Many many many many people are to dumb to read correctly... they will search for a German translation thread and not for a 9D thai language file.
You shall know that.

The beauty of a tutorial is that you're explaining the work of others - the way you approach it with the goal to teach others...

The need for it doesn't matter -- but it's wrong to bump your own shit because you wouldn't need to if there was demand..
