How to get in midle of arena before start

Ok,now I queued for WSG and arena skirmish 3vs3 in same time and got invited to WSG first.After some time i got invited to arena and in that moment i was killed by some ally(not that important) but when i clicked to join arena and then pressed button for "Release Spirit" i was standingg in mid arena(Ruins of Lordoran) and i was alive!!! When arena started i quickly nuked enemies they didn`t know what jit them.Now,I suppose that this could be used in real arena when u queue and u just get n your flying mount and get high so u can fall and die...or find other way to die.Then when u are invited to arena join it and release spirit.You should be in the middle.

Can't queue for BGs and Rated Arena Matches at the same time.

but what is if u get killed from a alli in front of shatt? ur dead and release ur spirit in the arena

Pritty sure you get rezzed if your a ghost when you click enter arena
