1.Unzip dbghelp and put both files in Kal folder and replace originals(make backup before copying this ones)
2.Find in Kal folder system.ini and open it
3.In new line paste this:
[COOLDOWN]
CHARNAME=MyCharName
SKILLNAME=Mockery
ORIGINAL=60000
NEW=0
4.And edit (CHARNAME-put your character name,and so on)
5.Unzip config and find jobsystem.dat file and open it,there find original cooldown codes of skill you want and search for compare 4,so find for example "Life Absorption" in jobsystem.dat and look for compare 4 near skill and that is your original code what you need.
So for Life Absorption its need look like this:
[COOLDOWN]
CHARNAME=bigboy
SKILLNAME=Life Absorption
ORIGINAL=60000
NEW=0
And find skill on what you want use cooldown hack.
NOTE:Some skills is server side so be carefull.
