In my case it was like that. I made a Account with a new Hotmail email adress and started playing when i was lvl 34 i noticed that Hotmail deleted the Email of Inix with my SN because the Email was in Trash folder.
But i filled in false name etc. and i didnt wanted to start new so i kept on playing till lvl 54 Vaga. Than i was bored and changed job etc. for fun but got blocked. Than 6 month later, i already got 61+ vaga than, I noticed my Account got unblocked and Job resetted to Vaga but skills still left.
So now i had a nice shopping account with 2 Jobs but still no SN and i already gave the ID and pass away for fun.
Than because i was bored of my other vaga again I started trying to get my lvl 54 a SN.
It wasnt that hard. I could remember the false facts i filled in very good. So i just went to the internet and tried to fake a Personal ID Card (i also tryed this in Photoshop by my self but they noticed it was faked and i didnt tryed again because i was afraid they could identify my IP or something).
But now i found a fun site in the Internet where you can create fun Id Cards witha Photo of your Wishes. I just took a random Foto from Google and created a ID Card with the facts i rememberd. On the created card was a sign of the fun site but i just hid it with Paint and made it look like a original ID Card.
Than i printed this card and cut it out. Than i scanned the cutted card and sent this picture of the scanned faked card to Inix. First they answerd "its no good quality" than "its faked" but i tryed like 4 times and finaly they sended me a new SN. On this way i got a new SN for a Account i thought i lost for more than a year ago.

But if you want this to work you need the Original Email asdress you registed your Account on.
