Problems with Flagship. I cant use it.

Hey,

i want to start Flagship on Windows 7 64bit. But it dont work with the tutorial from mcsro.

I´ve installed Chinese language pack and Applocale.
But i get an error if i load the flagship.exe or the updater.exe (from flagship) with Applocale.

The flagship.exe can start and i can start csro about flagship.
But he dont detect my Character.

What can i do.

Many players had probs with Flagship on Win64, and only few made it possible to work it on Win7. Seem like chins play still on XP ..

Yes i think i install Win XP on my secound hard drive.
