switch car models?

does anyone know how to switch car models in-game?
i know there is a car replacer tool but i can't find it

from what i heard you have to use cheat engine or artmoney, and search for the adress of the car you want to replace but i have no idea on how to do it :(

wait so say u have a cheap car, u can replace it with a higher lvl car and better car?

you can only switch car model and performance(i think)
but never mind i found the car replacer on this site :)

umm it works with CheatEngine <-- 100% but only the Cosmetic - Aussehen,the perfomance is still the of the originial Car.
