[REQUEST] How to make .exe patcher

i need someone to make patch.exe like the photo

its Components

1-: only me can add the files into it (which will be patched)
2-: i can mange his style
3-: no one can edit the copyright's for the programmer

if some one can do it and say's i'm not going to do this for free

Just tell me what u need and i will see if i can give you what u need


edit: i don't need it online just normal file can patch the pk2

yeah i need some thing like that but i wanna to edit it's [(pk2 edit item's) i mean it's includes]
