[TOOL] Encrypt DAT-Files protected by KOCP SE 2.16.50-0321

Mit diesem tool kann man sich die DAT-Files von privat server die mit KOCP SE 2.16.50-0321 geschuetzt anzeigen lassen.
Dazu einfach die *.dat auf die exe ziehen, config.pk oder e.pk auswaehlen und schon befindet sich eine *.txt datei im gleichen ordner wie die *.dat datei.

how am i suppose to use it? i go to config.pk i made it to RAR file i go into the rar, then i do "view files" then i write in the black window jobsystem-k.dat or somthing and it jsut quits the encrypt... or i encrypt the whole config.pk and it doesnt meaning anything... all i see are numbers and letters.

just drop a .dat file on that that tool and choose if it is a .dat file from e.pk or config.pk

extract config.pk/e.pk to a folder and then open folder and drag/drop .dat file on encrypter and in that folder u ll have .txt file of that .dat file.

but after i do that i get txt file i open it and i get alot of chinese letters and wired letters...
how can i change it to enlish? >_> ah.
