Install XP ^^
Or try to find stable vista driver for your graphics card.
And deactivate all nonsense Effects in Vista.

atm there is no performance difference between xp and vista...maybe 1%
install the latest graphiccard drivers and set the wow settings like the wow in ur old xp version...

install graphicscard driver, and mayb set the videosettings down (ingame - wow)
