Help on Posting

Could any1 tell me how to insert a screen shot or a saved file onto a post? I click the "add image" button and it tells me to type in a URl :) Help would be much aprretiated XD


Oh and how do i upload a file for people to dl XD

Now you could send the picture to one of image sites to post a picture or
you could use the attach file option here.
Once you attach the image right click it and select copy shortcut.
Then click Insert Image.
Paste the the address in and there you go.

There you now have a image posted without using a off site image host.
You can attach up to 5 files using the file attachment.
