Tbot Itemfilter Problem

i have a problem by the item filter .... i get a error when i want to do anything in it.

i had the problem one time before and had to install a language to get i run

i have searched but i don't find the thread again ...

Can anyone tell me how to get the filter running normaly?

I have same problem with -rick- im used media patcher but its doesnt work...( i get 37 bytes patched succysfelly).
