GRB for shaiya pservers

Hello i was just wondering can someone help me figure out what time GRB is bassed on for private servers so that i can set it for around my time so i can monitor it and everything. If someone could help me figure this out that would be very nice i looked all over google and could not find anything so ya :(

0 - Sunday, 21 - start time, 1 - duration. Change it to you taste.

Nvm i figured it out but the question was about how to find out what the time was bassed on but i found out it was the server time so i fixed it.
