You have a few options.
#1: Close any other programs that may be interfering/using the internet. The main thing to be careful of would be bittorrent programs such as utorrent.
*NOTE* This applies across ALL COMPUTERS USING THE CONNECTION. Aka: Other people in your house.
#2: Live closer to the servers. (Play a server nearer you... IE: If you live in egypt then don't play the damn american servers)
#3: Get better internet.
Ping is simply a measure of how delayed the information is... you can't 'fix' your ping.. it's related to information being delayed. This could be caused by other programs hogging your connection, your connection sucking, the lines between you and the server sucking (IE: living in a shit hole country that has horrible internet access), your router sucking and blocking/corrupting/losing information and a number of other things... Simply making the number lower won't help you (if artificially done). I mean you could use a proxy that spoofs the ping packet causing you to constantly get like 50-100 ping but you're still going to be lagging horribly.
