How to create a database ?

I want to know how to create a database flyff (I don't want to download it, I want to create it)

You need to be good at mssql, thats everything.

There aren't any tutorials for making an own database,
honestly there is just one database, the other ones are
modified by players.
Take a Flyff database und try your luck :D
