i have found that when i activate this hack, i can lvl up weapons in market with out having much weapon proficiency.

i.e.

I'm lvl 80 war

club lvl pofici. 7 = only lvl 70 club...

my hammer profici. 4 = only lvl 40 hammer

sux right...

well activate DW hack equip elite hammer lvl 40 profici. lvl 4
go to the met eater in market. and feed that sucker as many mets needed to lvlup ur hammer to a lvl 80 wep. profi. lvl 8.....

LOL you never needed a hack for that. You could always upgrade items to the level of your character in market, regardless of proficiency. If you take it off you're screwed though unless you get your skill up.
