is it possible to get all this effect away?
im getting dc much in tg and that is it possible to take the arrows and effects of ?

there was a effect remover,i tryed to find you a link and went through the first few pages and dident see it,so it might be out of date or noone has just hit the thread in a while

i founnd this in the *HOT* link list
dot know if it still works but give it a try

1. Close all conquer windows
2. Delete this file: 3deffect.ini (conquer folder/ini) or rename it to *.bak
3. Restart conquer

It will remove all effects, except arrows. You should make a backup file to restore the effects later.

added: Negative side effect: the graphics of the portals are removed, too! You can still go through a portal but you have to know, where they are.
