Yeah you can just make a Register page,

Download Xampp or wamp or the Easy website released by Power Chaos !

There plently of guides just follow them ;) wont take u to long to figure it all out bro have fun and if u need any help leave a pm here i can help u set it up

if u have revo db . go to create an account .. click on it . write ur name and pass .
and insert the result as a query to ur db

If you just want to register a few (for a local server) or want to know how it works, use this script (and change account.account to my.account if necessary):
