Hello.
With WPE you can use spells/skills you normaly wouldent be able to use, like Druid; Healing Touch in Cat Form. Or Paladin, Avenger's Shield without a shield.
Open WPE and permEdit and target wow.exe, I'm sure you know how yo do it, otherwise there might be some guide in this forum (?).
And in slot 7 and 8 you put the ID and so.
Here are some things you can change:
(Note, I only take examples, if you have another rank (for search ID) go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] search for the skill and click on the rank u wish to use, now open a calculator and type the id from the adress bar of your browser (last numbers) in the field and click on hex, now u have a ID like 0E 2B, switch tham to 2B 0E and put it in WPE slot 7 and 8 under search.)

You can just switch out Evasion with Stealth to stealth whenever you want - you will still be in combat when fighting mobs cause it doesnt cancel that =/
but its very useful in pvp ^^
i only got a low lvl rogue which means i only tested it with evasion rank 1
