Getting Super Glow on Normal Weps (Client Side)

Okay, I've tried switching the ID's on the weapon.ini and 3D effect.ini for the super to the normal ID. That obviously didn't work.

I've attempted to change the normal ID in the itemtype.dat to the super ID. Also didn't work

Somewhere there has to be a config that causes the glow to occur, like Effect=Yes or Glow=Yes/No

Anyone know how to do this?

I'm able to change super weapons to other super weapons and super glows, but causing normal items to also glow is what's stumping me

Sorry to bump this thread but you can....even on patch 5173+, you have to edit Action3deffect.ini and lets say you want a normal 130 blade to be like a super 130 blade...add this anywhere within Action3Deffect.ini:

999.999.410.335=410339

As for if you want to do one of the weapons that have different textures from refined - super you would edit 3dtexture.ini and add:

410335=c3/texture/ID of new texture.dds

Pretty simple, i dont see how you cant do this...you just have to try

Yes you can, lol. It's quiet simple to make normal items into super items... bring LOTS of DBz and Upgrade the quality in market.
