Kbot change license - how?

how can I change license from a banned account to a new? bestbots.ro only do this for people who bought their license their. i wrote email to the mail adres given on his website few days ago. no answer. i also tryed to contact ivan in icq and skype. he's always offline.
so is there a possibility to change the license of kbot???

naja. habe den thread in eng ges hrieben damit auch leute die ahnung haben aber kein deutsxh konnen mir helfen. da shsdow auf eng eantwortet hat, habe ifh auch auf eng geschrieben^^
