Problem SQL Server Management Studio Express

Hi, i have a problem for make my first private server.
i wants reboot the server in SQL Server Management Studio Express (2005)
but i have an error:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

sorry it's in french :/
please help me

Dont' think you can reboot server in SQL - you have to use the "server patch config" then go to "Control Service" then select "Shutdown all server Service".

after that click on "Control Service" then "Start all server Service"

Obviously if your services are not running you cannot connect. without those you cannot even start the server let alone connect to it.
Are you running Vista/Win7 and did you run the items as Administrator.
Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if PSM_Agent.exe and PSMServer_Agent.exe are running.
If Not you will need to install those services and restart your computer.
RUN "C:\ShaiyaServer\SERVER\batch\shaiya_svc_regis ter. bat" to reinstall the services

Those red exs means that you have'nt even applied the windows regeistry. Just follow Omgea or ZeroSignals guides.
