how to make the dmg hack metin2 Ro?

I managed to remove the anti hack and want to get in Metin2 RO DMG that the "PC and PC2"and if they make the picture look like this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and need to change something in metin2client.bin and do not know what to open it with Notepad + + does not work.

In deinem Metin2 Ordner ist neben deinem Clientstarter
auchnoch ein Updater
es kann sein das dieser nicht von selber startet
dann musst du ihn als Admin starten

English:
You have to start the Updater(.exe)
becouse the normal starter is defekt...
Then it will work
