So yeah, you can redirect your dynamic IP address with NO-IP to create a dedicated server.

I've used it, but when I add domain ( insteadof.sytes.net ) to channellis and lognlist, canot connect to server
if I add dynamic ip, it works very well

yes. that is the problem.
channellist and loginlist only accept ip-addresses.
you would have to make an update with your channellist.csv and loginlist.csv every 24h.
the best thing you could do is to do it through hamachi.
