i did all the steps 1 by 1 but still didnt work even in char menue even when i login the screen didnt change remains Take a Look

i have the servers problem it says that is under maintainance i looked on all forums got the last nxdreg file and no succes if any1 could help i would be vv gratefull i followed evrey step
