PXI: Personal error or general bug?

Are the names of mobs supposed to be mismatched with their actual models? I recently began playing on my own private server and more times than not the mobs will have the wrong names.

For instance, there was a carrion worm that kept respawning with the name Jaggedy Eared Jack. After defeat, the mob dropped a Flint Stone.

I was wondering if this was a problem with anyone else and if so, is there a way to fix this.

This problem connected with outdated mob DB in your server, which was actual at less year ago. After that SE updated client couple time, so ID in DB do not respond ID in client. Now there is no new base exist, so solution is only one - take your time and fix DB yourself or wait till somebody else did this.
