The forgotten World Items

I have searched and not found any explanations of how to get the Forgotten World Items. Can anyone help me? I do not even know where to start.

look every u start forgotten world at the end when u finsh it u get a talisman and if u collect all talisman u got a sos wepon ur wepon change to sos understand ? :D

u dont get a talisman every time u enter

u can get it from treasure boxes and from the last unique
but u wont get one every time u enter
