What does this value translate to in CE?

I see couple threads about the best speed for walk and archer sin.

For walk is 1000 and 50000 for archer sin.

But what does these values translate into when it comes to cheat engine.

The default values is 16256 for the original walk and attack speed, so does it mean if I change the values to 17256 is the same as setting it at 1000 and 66256 for the archer attack speed?

no.. im a archer sin myself and 16690 for attack speed, 16556 for movement speed is fine for me. Hope this helps u
