Another Serv. Ins. Error

Getting a bit peeved with this and I suppose I should be more patient. I have looked at some other threads in an attempt to find a solution however, it keeps reappearing with this one specific character. I've tried this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], which means I don't have to keep reinstalling, but the error still won't budge from one of my characters.

Here is my problem:

'Yesterday I managed to get iBot working, however, when my bot returned to town I DC'd suddenly. He'd been back to town once before, but never DC'd. I attempted to recon through the default launcher, but instead I kept getting that server inspection error. I tried the fixes suggested to solve this, didn't work. If I tried to run it though iBot I got past the log-in screen but when I finally got in-game, iBot stopped functioning I disconnected. Clientless didn't work either, as I got another error.

So I reinstalled, errors gone but if I try to use iBot - client or clientless - I get the same results above, and I have to reinstall SRO again. Any solutions..?'

It's linked to one character, no idea why and it won't go away no matter what I do, Lol.

ibot patches the Media.pk2 when u start the client
if ibot crashes it wont remove this patch

to solve this problem just start the client through ibot and when the client shows up quit both, the client and ibot

then u should be able to play normally


and in which town did u teleport?
cause ive heard some ppl getting dcs in a specific city

Hotan, I changed to Donwhang earlier and tried, didn't work. I'll try out your suggestion but first, I need to reinstall again - I was using media patcher and for some reason, when I use iBot to start up SRO I get a net error followed by a disconnection.

Well now I can't start iBot up at all due to the Net Error/Disconnection at the load up banner.

some say this error is due to the som/sun accessories gain up by the attendance stuff .. =/!

Even though I didn't have the net error before all the above stuff happened? Lol.
