I feel sad for all you little kids that can't bot :( I know how you feel, I was there too.
This is what I did and now I'm able to bot.
1st go here and follow the instructions.

2nd download TBotSro1106 (doesn't work for TbOTSro1107)
extract it to a folder on your desktop, then extract TServer1106b into that folder.
3rd Start TServer1106b and select load SRO client, point to Sro_Client in your Silkroad folder. Then close TServer1106b.
4th THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART
Open TServer1106b again, this time select Run Tbot. As soon as you see Game Guard loading, disable your Loopback Adapter, make sure you do this before the silkroad splash screen showing Europe appears.
5th When you get to the Character Selection screen press F6 to patch the game, after its finished select your char and log in. Just try pressing the Start Training Button before setting up the bot to make sure its working.
****Ive notice that the only time the game crashes i when you recieve the "patching Success message, even though the loding bar is hal filled, other time when it goes past the half-full point, its almost guaranteed to work. Disabling Loopback Adapter will make it patch more carefully and correctly, look at the images below******
