[HELP]Cooldown hack

Hello all, sorry i can't write or speak deutch ^^'.
I read in this board what cooldown will be hack because it's in client-side.
But I need help to find how hack that.

Or ur one of those that think you first came up with this thougth? You perhaps invented the wheel to!?!?
