how to do ->>>two computers use the same DB

Hi, in my own Computer i have got DB and Client i use Navicat for my sql to edit files and etc
but in my second room there is a laptop , so can i connect to my own computer from laptop to edit DB (which is in computer) by useing navicat ? is it possible ?
