i'm from germany , ^^ i'm sorry but i don't think you will have a great chance , if you created the application 2 weeks before my "comeback" xD you surely would have been taken , but the offtopic sections are the sections i normaly moderate (john dread became OT mod while i was absent for the last 1 1/2 month)

but DON'T give up
try to find another section where you need less german , but much more english skills , or try to become moderator in SRo , i actually don't know if we need moderators there but i think we have a few free positions anywhere else

there you'll see the list where we need new mods , just try it another time , and if you are not sure what wo write , just edit your old application ;)
