Last i have my server and i have so much player they got lv 90 only and dont got lv 120 why and what can i do to let them got lv 120 by kill mobs ?

yes with database given by lastthief but they cannot add 91-110 mastery cuz it will crash game

what do u mean its not working ??? have u written the ip on the config.ini while sea closed ? if u what error he got ? did he join the hamachi room with u ? if he are u online while starting server ?
He joined my Hamachi server and I put my IP in the config.ini while sea was closed. Let me get a screen shot.

i just downlaoded the teleports.ini and replaced it with the old one in my Emu folder, and i dont know how to use the teleports? can someone help me
