Ok the way you see it this guy is blind and he will probably die when he understands the truth about the server? He has the right to believe in what ever he wants. Ecsro had been in worse times than now and have managed to come up till now so there is why he should believe.

The Customer support of those games is again connected with lots of money and the need of keeping the players comming. Again even there If your items had been stolen away from your account then NO ONE will help you restore them (exceptions are WoW and Aion. For WoW I'm shure that you can even get more than you lost). Ecsro has neither the money neither the time to check each and every email that have been sent to them and I'm shure about that (and if all of the admins had a way to connect to the db the server would have been dead quite a long time ago). The whole project of Ecsro had been started on wrong way because they didn't had (and still haven't) a good account managment system by no one there has the knowledge to make such. Everyone that has started playing there knows that it's a private server, and it cannot provide support as a official one.

The service is provided to everyone who is a player there. Atm all ppl that had posted after you are in the " yeah it's fail..." group that in just spam. They are not satisfied because the rates are too low, or everything is too cheap or because someone got suns and you don't. Silkroad is a good mirror of the real life in the pc games. It's hard, it will punch you whenever it get's the chance to do it, there always be someone that has more than you- but if you learn to play you will understand that the game is not the crap you think it is. There are so much ecsro players and only few ppl agree with you about that it's bad and the most of them are not even playing there.

And I'm playing ecsro from when it came up (fembria) so I really know that there are shitty moments about it but I accept it without making useless flame threads or posts.

really? and how do you know if i don't playing in ECSRO? you think i would say in the forum if i playing there? nah.
and i don't care about making money...cuz i dont making anymore money in sjsro,swsro,ecsro..just playing and have fun and don't paying atttention to all shit around here.

and so what if you started to play since fembria is opened?
i started since MHTC and since ECSRO First server is up , and what iv'e done in all ecsro and silkroad servers you never will belive me.

Well ecsro is a private server of sro and the first one to ever have the balls to open sro private server we cant blaime the admins or the players we just have to live with it since a private server is always a privae server only you choose to pay for it or play for free its all up to you and u do know too well that a private server can close anytime anyday without a notice. Gotta use something then nothing at all.

Ecsro does have more then enough money to organize a team that would have a perfect customer support since ECSRO is really not dealing with a lot of players considering PUBLIC has an average number of 1,100 players online and VIP 600. Comparing that to game companies that have over 50,000 players online and still offer a perfect support is pretty ridiculous.

Since you ignored all the other parts of my post except the one about customer service, I guess our discussion ends here, I'm happy you're not brain washed yet I don't understand why do you keep defending them (It's your own option, I can't tell you stop, just curious).

they just found the leaked server files, they didnt have balls to do anything.

and im sure that joymax knows something about this cos ecsro wudnt be alive till this moment cuz ecsro stole lots of money/customers from joymax.

but since its the leaked server files, it may never be counted as silkroad, meaning joymax can do absolutely nothing about it.

if you pay to ecsro $ you getting some fun ingame when the server is not in downtime and working.

and imagine if none would pay $ to ecsro , then the server will gets closed because no money.

so atleast if users paying to ECSRO and give them money then make a stability server without problems such lags,delays,dc problems,bugs etc.
and atleast if you paying to them you must to get a little Support from them , for example if you got hacked,scammed/lost account or lost something in game when you paid for that money to them.

yep , they got enough money (Eike and Ocean) but the other ECSRO-Team members doesn't getting money for their job/worktime...only Head-admins (pmaster and ocean) getting money from the donations , so i guess that is one of the reasons why others from ECSRO Team for example , fairplay,floopy...and all others wont give Support and answer to questions because they don't getting anything. working for free and spenting their time.

so ecsro doesn't really have "customer support" .

DD you should realize that ecsro isnt a company with ~50 or 100 workers to care about the servers... so dont expect support that you may get from a company...

Fulsoul who's ass are you licking? I really don't see why when anyone likes something he should be an ass licker or smth. MHTC Is something I wasn't counting to Ecsro but I was one of the first to enter there too.

Anyway for the customer support- you can never know if the one that's sending you the email is telling the truth. Everyone can say- "I got hacked pls give me back my acc..." but he could just have sold it and then if they restore the acc the one that have bought it will send them mail too and so on.
If you have played silkroad before then you should already know that even the official server don't provide good customer support so there is not much to expect from a private server.
Ecsro really are the best and that's why there is so much attention about who is thinking what about the server. As WorldDj said you are not the only ones which doesn't like their support but their right is to choose the way it is. Everyone should have read the terms on there site so there is no need to inform anyone the way I see it.
Plus I don't see the thread DD had made before as one to inform but as one to really spam and flame about how bad the server or the site is.

Edit: The CS requers a lot of money to be payed for ppl to work on it to the point where you will know that they will prefer to work for you instead of steal everything or do somekind of shit like Foulsoul did before.

yep ,that is the exactly reason why they don't aint giving back and helping to hacked accounts.

but my idea was to give a real good proof and give you back the lost account.

There could be no real proof about who owns one account with the system they have build from the beginning. Atm it cannot be changed and even if it's changed and "secure" as Joymax's it again won't be enough.
