As I’ve mentioned before, Windows built-in extractor has issues extracting files fully. I recommend using 7-Zip, as it's free and works reliably. However, people can use whatever tool they prefer, as long as it gets the job done. Still, I keep saying that Windows extractor has issues, but people continue to use it and then wonder why it doesn’t work.

So, you followed my advice to:

Delete the addon
Delete the saved variables
Install via the CurseForge app
Extract the plugin using the latest 7zip
Then enable it

I’m clarifying this because some people in the past said they followed my instructions, but they didn’t actually do all the steps.

For those confused about the new RXPCampaigns folder you no longer put any form of guides into the RestedXp/Guides folder you now just simply extract the RXPCampaigns folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns for example and it should look like this as an example

Of Course seeing it is a plugin and it cannot work without it.

yes install restedxp via curse as usual and then just copy the RXPCampaign folder into the "addons" folder as above NOT into the RestedXP/Guides folder anymore

I just did every step including deleting all the saved variables for every character still doesn't work. I tried this on cataclysm classic

I tried that, but it didn't work, what could be wrong now?

I can only go by what you’ve said.
I often see people claim they did exactly what I said, only to later show they hadn’t. Or they follow the instructions correctly, it works, and then they say nothing.

I’ve deleted the addon multiple times, removed the saved variables over 20 times, reinstalled the addon and plugin, and it has worked every time.

I genuinely don’t understand how people struggle to extract a file to a folder. Instead, they place the .rar file there and expect it to work.

First, they couldn’t extract a folder into another and overwrite it. Now, they can’t even extract a folder properly.
@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] I recommend 7-Zip because it's free.

Some people use WinRAR or other software but never update it—then they wonder why a 10-year-old program can’t extract new files.

In CurseForge, you can right-click the addon and delete the saved variables.

So, I suggest using 7-Zip since you already have it but haven't used it. I have no idea whether you keep your software updated or not.

DL to desktop. I got 7-zip and tried that and it worked. First time I've seen windows not work over 7-zip. Ty for the advice on trying that.

I keep telling people to use 7-Zip, but they still use the Windows extractor—even though I’ve repeatedly said that it doesn’t work.

Agreed, so far 7zip has no issues.
But people still use the windows extractor, when I said it would not work.
