Could you go to Windows Task Manager and make a screenshot of this tab:

Maybe it's a problem with the available memory.

You're missing a file. Did you extract the bot or are you trying to run it directly from the archive?

If you have already extracted it I suggest to download the latest version again and make sure you keep all files in the same folder.

You have more then enough free memory. See my comment about "FileNotFoundException", that should fix it :)

I downloaded it 100 times but same result
but i feel i am missing something
is there a Response folder??
i saw in previous post that you have it, but i didn't have it

Which download link are you using?
Because the one on this site and my blog both have that folder.

Something on your pc is messing with the download (Virus scanner maybe?). Could you make a screenshot of your folder so that I can see what is missing? And could you also make one for the subfolder called Config?

Send the Bot to my email and i will check if i can get that folder from there

Nice, that are all the required files.
The only thing you are missing is the Response folder. Could you try to create that yourself.
(Don't forget the capital 'R').
It doesn't matter if that folder is empty, the bot will create those files for you when it is needed.
