A rebuild of GN02 wouldn't make any sense, because you need to patch after a while to keep the players and the bigger patches would be the same as on GN02 so people could just play there.

You can "just" rebuild the server to lower the levels. Change any level of equipment, characters, monster and other requirement -100 and you have a lower cap to start with new thing.
I think nobody want to level up to lvl 500 in 2 years.
First 165 levels are wasted anyway here ;)

Around ~200-300 ppl online at the same time.
2. LcGN01 is still online, but not under wizatek(admin of gn02) administration. They dont have full access to the files and db so they can change only very small things and cant bring new updates.
